Aguo Wang

Aguo Wang, born and raised in Beijing, China, graduated from Boston University in 2026 with a B.S. in Journalism. Her passion for journalism took root in high school, where she regularly hosted school events and founded the campus newsroom. During her undergraduate studies at BU, Aguo honed her skills in writing, photography, and editing, further solidifying her expertise through multiple internships. Notably, during the summer of 2024, she contributed to multimedia coverage of local sports events and the Olympics. Beyond sports, Aguo is deeply interested in international affairs and has reported on the Nicaragua-China Investment and Promotion Forum. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the guitar, badminton, and swimming. At Stanford, Aguo aims to elevate her multimedia storytelling skills and expand her expertise in data journalism to navigate the evolving digital media landscape.
