Stanford faculty discuss President Trump and the media

Stanford Department of Communication faculty and the community gathered Feb. 1 to discuss topics surrounding President Donald Trump and the media.

The faculty speakers were Janine Zacharia, Jay Hamilton, Ted Glasser and Phil Taubman, who all discussed press freedom, the emergence of fake news, journalism ethics, media economics and the overall challenges of reporting on the new administration.
